[On-site Improvement Case] Personnel Control and Progress Management

We will introduce a case where, as a result of proper personnel allocation, employee waiting time and overtime hours were reduced!

We would like to introduce an example of on-site improvement within our company that leads to logistics enhancement for our customers. To enable all employees to check work progress in real-time, we installed a work progress monitor and established a system for information sharing that allows all employees in the center to access it. As a result, we have become able to quickly allocate the appropriate number of personnel according to work progress. 【Improvement Objectives】 ■ To enable all employees to check work progress in real-time ■ To enhance work productivity by achieving overall optimization through real-time progress management *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
